Shipping and return policies for Chester Records

Shipping Info

US: $10 ea. LP, $2 ea. additional
CANADA: $30 ea. LP, $5 ea. additional
REST OF WORLD: $30 ea. LP, $5 ea. additional

All US orders ship USPS Priority and include tracking.
All International orders ship USPS and do not include tracking unless requested *

* We have a very limited run with few extras so we can't afford for things to go missing in the post, but we understand that international shipping is pricey. For international shipping, our standard method of shipping is USPS (regular mail, no tracking for $30 USD). We can ship DHL (which includes tracking for $60 USD). Leave us a message with your order, and if you chose add tracking to your international order, we can bill difference ($30 USD) to your PayPal account.

PICKUP IN STORE:
If you're local or would like to pick up your order from Hopscotch Coffee & Records--leave a note during checkout using the "Include a Message to Chester Records" button, and we'll refund the shipping cost. Bandcamp doesn't have a "pickup in store" option that we can enable during the checkout process (that we're aware of).

Return Policy

REPLACEMENT POLICY
As this is a limited run, no replacements will be provided. If you ever (God forbid) receive a damaged record from Chester Records, we will make it right through a refund or credit. Send an email to chesterrecords.va@gmail.com with photos of the damage attached, and we’ll address it within 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY
Sometimes you might receive a record that you’re not completely happy with (outside of damages). While we hope that you can give the album a couple of spins before making your decision, we unfortunately do not accept returns on any of our records. Our small runs and overhead costs don’t leave much room for dealing with return shipping costs and possible damage on the return trip.
